Returns & Exchanges

Ready-made pieces are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing quality check.

Because custom pieces are made to your specification, they are not eligible for standard return or exchange. They are covered instead by the MELE Fit Promise for manufacturing deviations.
