Custom Order Policy

Because each MELE Studio piece is cut specifically for your order, we recommend double-checking your fit selection and using the size guide or a saved MELE Fit profile before confirming.

Custom orders are prepaid — Cash on Delivery is not available for MELE Studio pieces.

Orders can be cancelled or edited free of charge before fabric allocation begins (usually within 24 hours of placing the order). Once cutting has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for a different design, but remain covered by the MELE Fit Promise.
