MELE Fit Promise

If a MELE Studio garment is produced materially outside the measurements or specification you confirmed at checkout, we will review your order and offer an appropriate resolution — typically alteration, remake, or in some cases a partial refund, at MELE's discretion following review.

This promise covers manufacturing deviation from your confirmed order. It does not cover measurement changes since your order was placed, or a change of mind about a style choice you selected.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via Support or WhatsApp with your order number and photos where possible. Our team will review your production card against the garment received.
